We stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn Magnum boots in their original packaging. If your gear doesn't provide the perfect fit or meet your tactical requirements, we'll make it right with a straightforward refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
